The Automaton has two email queues used for different sets of operations.

Main address

With the exception of LIST and BULK operations, Automaton operations should be sent to our main mail queue at the address applications@nic.uk.

BULK address

The second queue is used for BULK operations.  It is accessed by the address auto-bulk@nic.uk.

LIST address

LIST operations should go to the address auto-list@nic.uk.

Message processing

Messages to both queues are processed one at a time, in the order in which they were received.
