The Automaton sends notifications to registrars when changes take place in the registration data for names on their tag.  These notifications are sent to the notification email address that we hold for each tag.  If you wish to change it then you should contact the support team.

All notifications, with the exception of referrals, are signed with our private key and you can therefore verify the message by using our public key.

The notifications are:

Account Change when the details of a registrant account have been changed.

Registrar Change when the tag assigned to a domain has changed.

Registrar Change Authorisation - if you require a registrar change handshake for domains to be transferred to your account, you will receive this notification before the transfer takes place.

Registrar Change Rejected - if you request a registrar change and the new registrar requires a handshake before accepting domain names onto their tag, we send them a registrar change authorisation request.  If they reject the domain name, you will receive this notification to inform you that the registrar change has not been done.

Domains Released- If you request a registrar change and the new registrar requires a handshake before accepting domain names onto their tag, we send them a registrar change authorisation request.  If they accept the domain name, you will receive this notification to inform you that the registrar change has been done. This notification is also generated when a domain name is moved away from your tag by the registrant.

Registrant Transfer when a domain name is the subject of a registrant transfer.

Registrant Transfer Authorisation - if you have opted to operate handshakes for new customers, then when domain names are transferred to a new customer on your tag, you will receive one of these authorisation requests before the transfer takes place.

Domain name cancellation - when a domain name is cancelled.

Referral Accepted - when a domain name registration (ltd.uk, plc.uk or net.uk) that was referred for manual processing is accepted.

Referral Rejected - when a domain name registration (ltd.uk, plc.uk or net.uk) that was referred is rejected.

Poor Quality Data - when registrant account details are identified as being incomplete.
